Tips for Best Results

A great file submission leads to a faster turnaround and better quality. Here's what our team looks for:

Use Vector Files When Possible

AI, EPS, and SVG files are infinitely scalable and produce the sharpest results without any detail loss.

300 DPI Minimum for Raster

If sending JPG or PNG, ensure your image is at least 300 DPI at the intended patch size. Low-res images may need redrawing.

Outline Your Fonts

If your design includes text in a vector file, convert all fonts to outlines/curves so we receive the exact letterforms — not a font dependency.

Specify Pantone Colors

If exact color matching matters, note the Pantone thread colors in your instructions. Screen colors may differ from physical thread.

Include Size Dimensions

Tell us the exact finished size (e.g., 3" wide × 2" tall). This directly affects digitizing density and stitch count.

When in Doubt, Just Send It

Even a phone photo or hand-drawn sketch can be the starting point. Our design team will assess and advise before any work begins.
