All production times are in business days and begin after proof approval. Timelines may extend slightly during peak seasons (October–December). International shipping adds 5–10 additional business days.

Good to Know
Clock Starts at Proof Approval
Production timelines begin the business day after you approve your proof — not when you place the order.
Business Days Only
All timelines are in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the count.
Shipping Transit Is Separate
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. US delivery typically adds 2–5 days; international adds 5–10 days.
New Designs Take Slightly Longer
Orders with a new design requiring digitizing or mold creation may take 1–2 extra business days at the start of the process.
Peak Season Delays
October through December is our busiest period. Allow 2–3 extra business days for orders placed between October and December.
