Service Overview
Sublimation patches are the ultimate choice when you need photographic quality and unlimited color in a patch. Unlike embroidery (which is limited to thread colors) or screen printing (which requires separate screens for each color), sublimation printing reproduces your design in its full digital glory — gradients, shadows, photographs, and all.
The sublimation process bonds dye directly into the fabric fibers at a molecular level, resulting in a print that won’t crack, peel, fade, or wash out. The colors remain vivid wash after wash.

We produce sublimation patches on 100% polyester fabric in standard rectangular, oval, and die-cut custom shapes. Cut edges can be finished with a heat-cut border or serged/merrowed for a premium look.
