1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with HubPatches, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

HubPatches provides custom patch manufacturing services including, but not limited to, embroidery patches, chenille patches, PVC patches, leather patches, woven patches, sublimation patches, sequin patches, embroidery keychains, and enamel pins. All products are made to order based on customer-supplied artwork and specifications.

3. Ordering Process

• All orders begin with a quote request. We will confirm pricing, turnaround time, and specifications before production starts.
• A digital proof will be provided for your approval before manufacturing. Production does not begin until you have approved the proof in writing (email is acceptable).
• By approving a proof, you confirm that all details — colours, text, dimensions, and design — are correct. HubPatches is not liable for errors approved by the customer.
• Payment is required in full prior to production for new customers. Established accounts may have net terms available upon request.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

• You represent that you own or have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted to us for production.
• HubPatches will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without authorisation from the rights holder.
• By submitting artwork, you grant HubPatches a limited licence to use your design solely for the purpose of producing your order.
• HubPatches may use images of completed patches for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
• Rush orders may incur additional charges (typically 30%–50% of the standard price).
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.

6. Production and Turnaround

Standard production times are estimates and begin after proof approval and payment are received. HubPatches will make every reasonable effort to meet the stated turnaround time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure events, or customer delays in proof approval.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of quoting.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
• HubPatches is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

8. Quality and Revisions

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a product does not match the approved proof due to a production error on our part, we will remake the order at no charge. Revisions to approved proofs before production begins are free and unlimited. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

HubPatches' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
