Ordering & Process

How do I place an order for custom patches?

Simply contact us via email, phone, or our online quote form. Send us your artwork file (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG), specify the patch type, size, quantity, and any special requirements. We'll send you a proof and quote within a few hours.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is typically 10 pieces per design. For certain patch types like enamel pins and PVC patches, minimums may vary. We offer better per-piece pricing as quantities increase.

Can I see a proof before production starts?

Absolutely. We always provide a digital proof before committing to full production. You must approve the proof before we begin manufacturing. Revisions are free and unlimited at the proof stage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required upfront for new customers, with net terms available for established accounts.

Turnaround & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production takes 7–14 business days depending on patch type and quantity. Embroidery and chenille patches typically take 10–14 days; PVC, woven, and sublimation patches take 7–10 days; enamel pins take 14–18 business days.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, we offer rush production on most patch types. Rush orders (5–7 business days) carry an additional 30% fee. Super-rush orders (3–5 business days) carry a 50% fee. Contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production; international shipments typically take 5–10 business days.

Design & File Requirements

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG, and PSD. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the best results. Even if you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can often recreate it.

What if my design has very fine detail or small text?

Fine detail and small text can be challenging for embroidery. Our team will advise you on the best patch type for your design. Woven patches handle fine detail better; sublimation patches are ideal for photographic detail.

Do you match specific Pantone colors?

Yes, we can match Pantone thread colors for embroidery and woven patches. For sublimation patches we can achieve any color. For PVC patches, colors are matched to the closest available silicone color.

Quality & Revisions

What is your quality guarantee?

Every order is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your patches don't match the approved proof, we'll reproduce them at no charge. We inspect every order before shipping.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited revisions are included at the proof stage before production begins. Once the proof is approved and production starts, changes may incur additional fees.

What backing options are available for embroidery patches?

We offer iron-on (heat-activated adhesive), sew-on (no backing), Velcro (hook-and-loop), peel-and-stick, and plastic backing. Iron-on is most popular for casual use; sew-on and Velcro are best for professional or uniform applications.

Pricing

How is the price calculated?

Pricing is based on patch type, size, quantity, number of colors, and complexity. Larger quantities always reduce the per-unit cost. Request a free quote with your specific details for an exact price.

Are there setup or die fees?

Some patch types require a one-time setup fee. Embroidery patches have a small digitizing fee for new designs. PVC patches require a mold fee. Enamel pins require a die/mold fee. These fees are waived on reorders of the same design.
